Siena/Francis House donors and supporters often inquire what are the things that the Siena/Francis House needs most?  Although a more complete daily needs list and our Christmas Wish List is found elsewhere on our website, the list, below, contains those items of which we are currently most critically in need, and for which we would be very grateful to receive as a donation.

• Canned fruit (large, #10 cans, preferred)
• Canned vegetables (large, #10 cans, preferred)
• Toilet paper
• Individually-wrapped, pre-packaged food items to go into sack lunches
• Powdered laundry detergent
• 55-gallon trash bags
• Bleach and disinfectant cleaner

You can drop off these and any items you wish to donate to the loading dock of our Siena/Francis House Baright Shelter, located at 1111 North 17th Street.  The loading dock is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. every day of the year.  The courteous men staffing the dock – all of whom are in our shelter’s job training program – will give you a receipt at the time you make your donation.
